“ Visited Andhra Vilas with office colleagues for lunch. I am happy to say that we really found a great spot for casual lunch with colleagues. This place offers very delicious Andhra meal and Biryani. All the dishes were served hot and were served with smiling face. While the taste truly satisfied us, the staff is very energetic and enthusiastic. I can surely recommend this place for mood lifting team lunch. Most of the times the place is full as it is very popular. I did not focus much on the ambiance. Ambiance is of a mid-range restaurant or a high-end mess. However, it did not matter as the taste, service and cost was truly great! ”
“ Found a great spot for a meal and had an amazing experience. They serve unlimited rice and more, with the dal being the highlight—I lost count of how many servings I had! The staff was polite and helpful, never hesitating to serve as many times as needed. Another nice touch is that they serve the food on leaves, which adds to the experience. Overall, a fantastic place to dine! ”
“ Andhra Vilas HSR: Authentic Meals, Fast Service & Delicious Gongura! Andhra Vilas in HSR offers a calm and good ambiance with sufficient seating, even during peak hours. While parking upfront is limited, the experience inside is usually smooth. We tried their highly sought-after meals, and they were excellent! The Gongura pickle and Pappu were absolute standouts, perfectly prepared and flavorful. The menu is moderately priced, and the service is notably fast. The staff are attentive and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. A great spot for authentic Andhra cuisine. ”
“ Service and food was amazing. Must try their veg meals. Gongura pickle is their highlight . Highly recommend their chicken fry biriyani. People who wants to taste authentic spicy Andhra meals should visit. ”
“ Fantastic experience, a budget friendly and good food place. The ambience is next level. The food you order you will receive within a few minutes. Every single dish was mouth-watering. ”
“ Visited Andhra Vilas in HSR Layout recently and felt the experience was quite average overall. While the meals were good—especially the standard Andhra thali which was reasonably priced and satisfying—the rest of the food left us unimpressed. A friend ordered biryani and kebab, and both turned out to be underwhelming. The biryani lacked the expected depth of flavor and aroma, and the kebabs were a bit dry and didn’t feel freshly made. Definitely not up to the mark if you’re coming in with high expectations for Andhra-style non-veg items. Service could be a lot better. Staff seemed distracted and not very attentive to customers’ needs. It wasn’t overly crowded when we visited, yet we had to wait and follow up multiple times to get our order and basic things like water or cutlery. The ambience is functional—nothing fancy—but decently clean and spacious enough for small groups or solo diners. Pros: Good Andhra-style veg meals Decent pricing Clean seating area Cons: Non-veg items like biryani and kebabs were below average Service was slow and lacked courtesy Not consistent across dishes Might be worth a visit if you’re specifically looking for veg Andhra meals, but for anything beyond that, I’d suggest exploring better alternatives in HSR. ”
“ Loved the food, the service and the ambiance. Good quality andhra food at affordable price. The taste of most items are authentic and flavorful. Service staff are courteous and attentive. Parking is bit challenging as it is by the roadside. ”
“ We visited this Andhra restaurant with colleagues on a busy Friday afternoon, and it took about 15 minutes to get a table. The atmosphere was decent, and the staff was attentive. My colleagues enjoyed the Andhra thali with a variety of veg options. I opted for the Nellore mutton biryani, which had a distinct flavor profile compared to regular layered biryanis – though it was slightly spicy. The lemon chicken was a standout dish. Overall, I'd rate it 8/10. ”
